If you are having some problems running the Calendar Designer actions try these two things first.
Photoshop actions are know to misbehave from time to time and I've seen actions run on the same image under the same circumstances and provide different results. So, just try running the action again. Close your image file and then reopen it before running the action. Still having problems? If so consider...
Actions are sensitive and if you've accidentally modified one of them they you may be getting erroneous results. If there is a possibility that they have been modified, then reload the actions and try it again.
Oh, one other thing... Read the User Guide.
If you have installed the template files in the proper location, there is very little that can go wrong. Make sure all the files are installed properly - of course, read the User Guide for more information.
